Civil Litigation

Litigation is a challenging and expanding area. With the high cost of court actions, the vast majority of disputes are settled out of court. The calibre of the solicitors negotiating on the client's behalf is therefore vital.

Our strategy at Barker Booth and Eastwood is to provide clients with a high quality personal service, which is at once effective and economical.

The firm's extensive experience covers most kinds of civil cases – from commercial disputes to consumer contracts, landlord and tenant, professional and other negligence.

In recent years it has become even more important to act swiftly and decisively to secure and safeguard a client's position. Barker Booth and Eastwood are an established firm who are well versed in dealing with a wide range of civil disputes and can represent you in either the defence or bringing claims, depending upon the circumstances.
