Shaun P Foy

Shaun P Foy
Shaun is a Personal Injury Solicitor and a Partner at Barker Booth and Eastwood.

Shaun deals with a wide range of No Win No Fee accidents and personal injury claims including car crashes, accidents at work, slips and trips, accidents whilst on holiday and fatal accidents.

Shaun is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Shaun qualified as a Solicitor in 1984 and joined Barker Booth and Eastwood in 1986 becoming a Partner in 1989.

Darren Lowe

Darren Lowe
Darren is one of the joint Heads of the Personal Injury Department, Baker Booth and Eastwood. He has specialised in Personal Injury since joining the firm in 1996 and has been a member of the Law Society's Specialist "Personal Injury Panel" for over 10 years.

Darren was educated at Arnold School, Blackpool, the University of Leicester and then Chester College of Law. He did his Articles with Roland Robinson and Fentons qualifying in 1993.

Prior to the inevitable ageing process he was a keen rugby player and played rugby for Thornton Cleveleys for many years. He is an avid supporter of rugby.

Neil Stevenson

Neil Stevenson
Neil is an Assistant Solicitor within the Personal Injury team

He was born and educated in Blackpool. He graduated with a 2:1 law degree with honours from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2006 and completed the Legal Practice Course at Manchester Metropolitan University in 2007.

He qualified as a solicitor in March 2010 after completing his training contract at Barker Booth & Eastwood.

He is a member of APIL.

Neil regularly attends the gym and is a season ticket holder of Blackpool Football Club.
